Construction has Commenced on 367-bed PBSA in Bristol

Winvic Construction Ltd, a leading main contractor that specialises in the design and delivery of multi-sector construction and civil engineering projects, has started construction work on a new PBSA property located in Bristol's Redcliff Quarter.

The scheme is located on the corner of St Thomas Street and Cross Street, and is part of the second phase of the Redcliff Quarter.

Consisting of 367-beds in a mix of six-bed and seven-bed clusters, threedios, twodios and 176 studios, the scheme will be 12 storeys high.

The site is located 10 minutes walk from The University of Bristol main campus, as well as being just 5 minutes walk from their new Enterprise Campus at Temple Meads Station. It is also well located for access to public transport and city amenities.

Plans also include communal areas on the ground floor, including a lounge, study space, games room, cinema room and gym. There will also be a garden terrace.

Nevertheless, the Winvic team appointed to the Redcliff Quarter student accommodation project have a wealth of experience and we are looking forward to safe delivery through to 2025."

Construction is due to be complete in 2025.
