Payment of £40 +VAT (£48.00) for the reasonably incurred costs for the loss of keys/security devices.
Payment of £300+VAT (£360.00) associated with any tenants requests for early termination of the tenancy.
Each tenant must provide a UK homeowner guarantor (of which will be on a jointly and severally liable basis). For any tenants who are not able to provide a guarantor there may be the option to use Housing Hand or pay the rent in advance for the entire term of the contract however this will be at the landlords` discretion.
